Copyrighted Material is known on this forum as the following:

- Officially released* studio album and/or live album.
- Officially released* version of video material such as live concerts.

*Officially released is termed as having been released for sale in Retail outlets and online stores in the forms of CD, Cassette, Vinyl LP, or even from Download Stores, such as iTunes.

If any member of this forum is found to be posting Links, Attachments (or any other such distribution methods, including eBay) to the availability of BOOTLEG copies of the above forms of material, they will instantly be banned with their details reported to the copyright holders. Please be aware however that it is ok if you wish to sell, trade or share a link for the sale of an actual original CD, Cassette, LP, DVD or VHS tape such as the original CD of Oxygene or the original Solidarnosc Live DVD for example.

If anyone feels that a member is trading BOOTLEG material of the above, please inform a Moderator or Administrator immediately.

Material that is not banned however includes the following:

- Fan-made recordings of shows and events
- TV broadcasts of shows, events, concerts and interviews
- Radio broadcasts of shows, events, concerts and interviews

Material such as the above should be traded freely and in the Public Domain.

Be aware however that Moderators and Admins of Space of Freedom, aswell as members of Jarre UK and Aero Productions can not be held responsible for the distribution of the above material, but threads containing such material will be moderated and checked on a regular basis by both Aero Productions, Moderators and Admins of Space for Freedom.

6. Space of Freedom is an International Forum. The primary posting language is English, but other languages are accepted also. If you are unable to post your thread and replies in English, please respect other international members who are unable to read and understand your own language.

8. Space of Freedom has a "3 Strikes" Policy against members who break any of the above rules, as listed below:

1st Offence = Written Warning
2nd Offence = Written Warning + possible temorary ban (depending on the offence)
3rd Offence = Permanent Ban of User Name and IP Address
