G'day FINjarreFAN, and welcome to the forums.
    My deviantArt account!!!
Fractal art, most inspired and based around Jarre's music, the songs I've heard anyway.
    I fully support;
    - a JMJ concert in the North Pole, Australia, New Zealand and other Southern hemisphere countries!
    - a 'Myst' soundtrack render by JMJ!
The Revelation Tour - The Ages of Myst IV
Oxygène 4 (Aero) - Jean Michel Jarre in Serinia
Aerologie - Jean Michel Jarre in Haven
Equinoxe 3 (Aero) - Jean Michel Jarre in Tomahna
Equinoxe 4 (Aero) - Jean Michel Jarre in Sprie

James of Berkshire. The 66 in my username is nothing to do with my age or year of birth but, obviously, the world cup. And the jj is an abreviation of a nickname.
I first learned of jmj during the Docklands Concerts and have been a fan ever since.
The recent Wembley concert was the ninth attended.

Hey everybody, salut tout le monde!

I'm Stevey, 29, living in Bedfordshire UK... umm I'm a Pisces, looking for someone to sweep me off my feet... just kidding ;oP

Been a big fan of JMJ since I was about 7yo. Very much inspired by the first Destination Docklands concert that I went to with my family to continue being a musician. Ended up learning and playing electronic organ and synths lol. And now I'm getting to grips with a Moog Theremin

I seem to like all things French, I am fluent french speaking, I worked in the south of France for a while and my first car out there was a left hand drive Renault Super 5 lol. So if there's some french fans out there to talk to, je voudrais parler surtout avec vous!

As for now I work for Eurostar in London. And I will forever be kicking myself for the time my colleagues told me that JMJ travelled on a day I wasn't working. Gah!

Suppose I really should have done this last year when I joined, but I'm not good at remembering things, so, here goes:
I'm Lindsay, live and work in Manchester, as a Medical Laboratory Assisstant ( we stick labels on blood samples, not a complicated scientific job). Spend spare time horse riding, cycling, and writing books - none of them finished. First discovered JMJ at the age of 11 when he did the Maine Rd concert. Didn't have a ticket, but, as our street was directly oppositem, we had a street party, listening to the concert. Highlight of the night, was standing on the street corner after the concert and waving at JMJ as he went past in his car.
Been to 2 concerts since and am now planning a trip to Marseille next year for that concert and hoping to go to the Munich concert, if my boss says I have enough holidays and I can get a ticket.
I am currently in training for a 100 mile bike ride from Lancaster to York on September 5th to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
    That's about it.
Our goal in life is to overcome obstacles placed in our way without destroying them so that those who follow us may share in out triumphs.

well, it seemed like the most likely place to put this, so here goes, hoping this is in the right thread/section:

remember me? tho I'm more low-profile here, I sure check in often
    So, cutting down to "business":

    http://www.jeanmicheljarre.ro

the first Romanian JMJ-dedicated site. The one who got the ball rolling in the first place is a fellow Romanian Jarre-fan, Vlad Gabriel (who i think is not here on the forum, but he'll probably nose in when he gets the time). We've still got stuff under construction and the forum isn't yet ready (we've both got school on our heads, so work isn't always going according to plans, but we're getting there).

not much to say in terms of innovation, just another (work in progress) JMJ site (it will have versions for both English and French language), but it is ours it was long over-due to show our respect for the Master, since he's got quite a fan-base here, but we were surprised to see that nobody got the idea to do the site until now.

We would like to kindly ask you all to include us in you "Links" section if you have a site, and we will do the same with all the forums and JMJ-dedicated sites we spot (with your permission, of course), so we wouldn't mind if you people would drop me a link or two to include in our own "Links" section.

Thanks in advance for taking a look, and please, any suggestions, critiques etc are more than welcome.

    Thanks and cheers!

Let's resurrect this thread! Hello everyone. My name's Tom - I used to post a lot on the old JarreUK and jarre.net forums as Tom12/Tom13/Tom14 etc back in the day, and I'm back - woo!

Got into JMJ when I was lucky enough to see the Twelve Dreams of the Sun concert in Egypt and have been hooked ever since. Unfortunately I've not been able to see him live again since then but I'm hoping to next time he comes to the UK.

To those of you I knew a few years back, I hope you're well - and greetings to the rest!
