Maybe it¥s my own fault, but I have not found any way to get it up in Cubase LE.
But you can download a fully functionally Ableton Live 6 Demo, only save and render to disc is disabled, but if you have a sound card with support for recording of what you hear you can use the free Audacity to record that.
Yeah, I have Audacity, so that'll work, then. Thanks much!

and, uhh, how exactly do I get the Vocov to work on Ableton Live?

    OK:
    1. Open 'Preferences' under the 'Options' menu.
    2. In the 'Plug-In' tab you must set the 'VST-Plug-In Custom Folder' to the folder you unzipped the .dll files to. Then you just close the window.
    3. If you look left the third button from above is the plug-in button. There you¥ll find vOcOv, and you just drag and drop it into a MIDI track.

Just ask for more advice if you need.

An old one but god one...

Like everyone else here, yes I have moved into soft synths - BUT I still love my Korg Trinity V3 and X3.

Did you know there is an "undo" function?

Perhaps its obvious to anyone who has read the manual, but it took me the best part of 10 years to work out that when I guff something up in the sequencer (or anywhere else) - rather than spending hours faffing with the 'event edit' to put it right - just press the "compare" button and there you go... all sorted.

    Simple eh?

Better still, my mate Andy then found the same bloody button on his M1 - meaning we have been pi$$ing about correcting things for about 18 years, when we had an undo function all along.......

I'm after ANY JMJ-esque patches for Reason 4 if anyone can oblige?

Namely Revolutions/RV era synth patches but will be happy with any. I will trade ones I have got.

    Roland V Synth GT

    Hello people!

Within the next few days Roland UK will be launching a new Vsynth GT micro site.

I have been working on the Vsynth GT for many months now and have programmed many patches.
Most are vocal manipulation ( influenced by Zoolook ) and some great analog emulations.

I could not help making Jarre references like "Storm 1978" - a sort of Equinoqe patch, and "Equi Arp" - need I say more?

If you are lucky enough to own the new V Synth GT drop by http://www.roland.co.uk in a few days and download the new patches - By "The Circuit Symphony" ( me ! )

    Oliver.

Recently I've been using Nostalgia vst because has great analog patches there including Synthex Laser Harp and Korg Minipops, Eminent, etc... really great

But I'm really WOWed is by an ensemble emulation of the Eminent including an Smallstone phaser, echo and reverb machines for Reaktor. Already has presets for Oxygene 1,2,4,6,8 and Equinoxe 1,2,4 plus some extras...
It's not an real Eminent but it's as close as you can get in virtual instruments, it's really that good. Oh, and it's free for registered users, just search for Eminent...

EDIT: You can get more info in the link below and ear some samples... also download the ensemble for free

You're right about Eminent Emulator, Halcyon. It's like a dream comes true to all JMJ fans how want to experience the Strings Ensemble sound from Eminent, especially the Phased one.
I've found this vst from short time, and just used it to make an experimental track with rather oxygen-ish climate, that u can find it in this thread: http://www.jarreforum.com/showthread.php?t=1553.
    Enjoy yourself.
