    Meeting famous people

You'd think in my job, (I look after eurostar's business class passengers in london) I'd get to meet JMJ. And yet I never have despite that he travels so often with us! some of my colleagues have (grr!) and they all have a nice opinion of him The closest I've come is checking in Jean-Louis Remeilleux, the guy who did JM's biography book. I've had chats with U2, Rolling Stones, all sorts, but sod's law never my favorite artist!!

Has anyone else met famous people/artists, did you have something good to say or were you a quivering bag of nerves?

I've met a few famous people but used to be to nervous to speak. Some of the people I've met include- Paul Gasgoine (sober), Paul Daniels & Debbie (really nice people), Hank Marvin (signed my copy of London Kid), Bruce Walsh (managed to insult him within 30 seconds of meeting him) Robert Plant, Dave Prowse (the original Darth Vader), Doug Bradley (Pinhead from Hellraiser) and Kylie Minogue. I quite often see Toyah Wilcox in the town where I work but never had the nerve to talk to her (she's a very private person).

Was at the Salamanca Markets in Hobart Tasmania Australia once and whom should be not far from me eh?? Nicole Kidman's future husband Mr Keith Urban. It was Keith Urban and his manager at the time. Said a quick hello as I did not want to make much of a scene.
    Boy am I lucky eh???
