I bought from FNAC the OLIYLR (the 2D version) and also the CD, when they were released, but they never arrived (customs problems). I wrote FNAC about the problem but they never wrote back to me

I wonder if someone has had the same problem, and if you could reach FNAC in some way other that their contact form. Thanks.
