I'm pretty sure it says on the rules on youtube that if you filmed the piece yourself then you own the copyright to that video maybe i should take a kazoo along too better go off and practice oxygene 5
lets face it, if everything on YouTube was legit there would be about 1000 videos on there instead of 10,000,000! Its free publicity for all the poeple who really do own the copyright, especially if the material isn't commencially available anymore.

it's absolutely rediculous
I have seen "videos" on youtube where the picture is just the album cover and the audio the actual audio from the album(s) in question (albeit in far lesser quality)
I could understand FDM taking down such videos of the original recording but what they are doing is a complete crime against the music of JMJ and his fans
I say boycot the FDM recordings from now on...and i'm sure if JMJ was allowed he'd say the same thing

I wonder how much it would cost to buy everything of JMJ's that FDM owns? Perhaps we should find a way of raising the money so we can present Aero Productions with JMJ's entire FDM back-catalogue and then its 'real' owner can share it in the way that it should be.
