While it is tempting, as a collector, to put my hands on everything Jarre has done, including demos, unreleased sketches, rehearsal tracks etc, I am not sure that would be great fun in the long run. I mean, is it really going to add anything to otherwise great albums and tracks to hear their inferior versions? "Interesting" yes, but perhaps not improving the experience of the finished albums.
And speaking of unreleased live concerts on CD, there are some concerts I'd like to have (expecially Oxygene Tour, 12 Dreams and Okinawa) but will we not be saturated and just get more to complain about when the CDs leave out our fave tracks?
As for videos/DVDs, of course we want the old concerts released on DVD but releasing 12 Dreams will be quite impossible, because how can you (as an artist) live with releasing a DVD from a REHEARSAL? The concert itself will probably not look good due to the fog, which was a shame on an otherwise unique event, even for JMJ's standards.
I am sure there a lots of interesting bonuses that could be released, or doing The Vizitors as an iTunes release, but I am not sure I'd want everything that exists.
