Despite the excitement on the list I feared that this would sell a lot worse that the disaster that was T&T and I think I am right. To be honest it would be very hard to tell that he had changed record company as the promo seemed exactly the same. There was zero promo in HMV and if it was in stock it was a whopping 27 euros here in Dublin. Who except die hard fans would ay this.

T&T charted at in France at 8 and Oxygene at 53 bodes very bad. I would be very surprised if Oxygen breaks top 150 in the UK.

Again, it's a shame and I am sad at these statistics...

I really do believe I could do a much better job at promoting JMJ than these stupid record companies

Jean Michel Jarre's NEW 'OXYGENE' Album has not been released in the UK, and will not be released in the UK until March 2008.

However, both the 2D & 3D DVD editions have been released in the UK, but have not made it to the Top 10 Music DVDs. I will try and contact EMI Marketing UK and see if they have any idea if it charted or not, and ask them how many units have been sold.

I'm travelling to Paris on Wednesday 12th December, so I probably won't be available to get any results published on here or JARRE UK until at the earliest Saturday 15th December, but I will do my best to relay any information I have to the rest of the JARRE UK and SPACE OF FREEDOM teams, so they can inform you in my absence.

Hello Robbie...

Just been informed by EMI Marketing UK, that Jean Michel Jarre's NEW 'OXYGENE' has entered the UK Chart at 127. It appears that, despite only the DVD Editions being released in the UK, that they are being classed as Albums + Bonus DVDs, and therefore eligible to contribute to the UK Album Charts.
