Ideally what we need is a full re-master of the sound and visual quality - and even better the original footage re-edited to present a better film - Houston and Docklands in particular which weren't that well filmed.
Within this month or so I'll dig out my Docklands radio recording - and it will either be on a new site or on my reverbnation.com/soundsword website,
that is if anyone is interested in it? I think this music is avialable elsewhere already perhaps?

For £6 including postage I can put the entire Docklands Radio 1 broadcast on CD - the quality however is fairly ok due to the age of the tape as well as age of the recording - anyone interested send me a message

More of interest due to the audio, as the video is pretty much off the "making of docklands" or concert footage. It uses the Radio 1 live broadcast, something that I've been wanting for a long time. Sadly reminds me how much the CD and Video was botched

I listen to the live BBC Radio 1 broadcast at least once a week.. All that hype! - Amazing...

Though, i was yet to be concieved (only by a couple of months) when it happened and had to live another 15 years to discover this music. But i have seen the DD concert from the VHS tape, and it looked beautiful.

I would also love to see the digital filmed material (as from PLD and beyond) on Blu-Ray, so we can enjoy the real power of HD Sound and remastered picture! And not at least the material that was actully filmed in HD. (Why that does not yet excist on Blu-Ray, is a mystery to me).

At least, nothing compares to se the man him self on stage. LIVE!:lights:

But anyways! I would love to see this come tru, and really well don. And not just a VHS - DVD transfer.

I went to see the docklands concert in the rain and have seen the oxygen tour last year and the in door concerts this year, He gets better by every concert, And to release the docklands special anniversary edition on cd would be GREAT.

So, almost to the day(s) 22 years on from destination docklands, and all bar the shouting in the same place, is this Sunday's O2 gig a suitable anniversary celebration?

I am voting yes. And I bet I will be warmer this time that i was in 1988. Roll on sunday!
